Anantkamal WADEMO Cancellation Policy

This cancellation policy ensures transparency and consistency in managing user subscriptions while offering a clear understanding of the process.

1. Subscription Cancellation

Users can cancel their subscription at any time by accessing their account settings or contacting Anantkamal WADEMO support. Once canceled, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the unused period of the subscription, in compliance with The Indian Contract Act, 1872, which governs user agreements.

2. Renewal Prevention

Upon cancellation, the subscription will not auto-renew, and no future charges will occur. Users may continue using the service until the end of the current billing period, after which access to paid features will be restricted.

3. Free Trial Cancellation

During the 7-day free trial, users may cancel their subscription at any time without incurring charges. If the user chooses not to cancel, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan once the trial expires. This aligns with The Consumer Protection Act, 2019, ensuring fair trial use.

4. Re-subscribing

If a user cancels their subscription and later decides to re-subscribe, they can do so by selecting a new plan. Please note that re-subscribing may not grant access to previous promotional rates or benefits, if applicable.

5. Special Circumstances

Anantkamal WADEMO reserves the right to review cancellation and refund requests under special circumstances (e.g., prolonged technical issues). Such cases are evaluated individually, ensuring compliance with The Consumer Protection Act, 2019, which advocates for fair practices in exceptional scenarios.

6. Customer Support

For any questions or assistance regarding cancellation, users can contact Anantkamal WADEMO customer support via support@anantkamalwademo.online

7. Policy Amendments

Anantkamal WADEMO may update this cancellation policy at its discretion. All changes will take effect upon posting on the Anantkamal WADEMO website, aligning with The Indian Contract Act, 1872, allowing amendments to contractual terms as needed.
